Maybe the S.G. Ubirajara is the oldest group that remains active São Paulo (Brazil) if no, one of the most traditional. Since 1947, it has never closed the doors and ever-spreading out scout proposal and value system for several generations of young people that have been there. Ubirajara is the name of the book and the main character of the novel by writer José de Alencar, the history of a "pure" Brazilian Indian. The design inspiration came from indigenous Brazilian architecture, the build called "oca" a collective housing for several families, in this case, the scout family. The whole contents of the building were thought in natural materials like adobe, wood, clay, stone, and recycled materials.
This artistic concept presents the end of the afternoon and the moments before the Camp Fire night, one of the most special events of scout culture that celebrates the learnings and friendship.
