THE ELEVATOR PITCH

Preserve, implement and extend human rights, this is that Conectas do. There was looking for a partner to develop an interactive experience considering the use of the WordPress platform, grow up their action capacity to do litigation strategics, and refresh their current site's interface, mainly in the mobile version.

The Conectas is more than a non-governmental organization, they are part of a lively and connected network of partners that fight for equal rights of all, especially the most vulnerable. Proposing solutions, avert setbacks, and denounce violations to create transformations.

MY ROLE

User Interface

Improve the Conectas site’s user interaction through a facelift in the visual design, make a UI Guideline brand book, and site’ QA.

User Experience

Using design thinking methods, co-creation workshops in collaboration with the Conectas team, we have developed the necessary adjustments in the site.

MAIN PRACTICES

We utilized Heuristics analysis to evaluate the process, that's because this job was focused on usability, that is, on the customer experience that will be on the other side of the screen interacting with the platform.

THE FACE LIFT

The first major advantage of Heuristic Analysis is speed. With hours of work you can generate a good amount of feedback on the specified interface. It also doesn't require a lot of people, or a lot of resources, or any special software.
