THE ELEVATOR PITCH
The Imã Radiocast is presented by Fabio Malavoglia, is a weekly podcast that brings schedule tips, streamings, movies, theater, tours, music, short stories, philosophical humor, poems, book releases, digital life, culture topics and art.
There are two kinds of seductions: indications, recommendations, tips for activities, and pleasant programs. The other one: tales, anecdotes, poems, and tasty texts, that is, immediate pleasures, at the time of listening.

Using design thinking methods, co-creation in collaboration with the Imã Radiocast team.
MAIN PRACTICES
We utilized Heuristics analysis to evaluate the process, that's because this job was focused on usability, that is, on the customer experience that will be on the other side of the screen interacting with the platform.
