THE ELEVATOR PITCH
The Fundação Vanzolini has a huge education portfolio of services and an excellent professionals crew, but their old site didn't show these attributes in an integrated, neither in a selling way.
Fundação Vanzolini is a private, non-profit institution created, maintained, and managed by professors from the Production Engineering Department of the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo that offers solutions for professionals, companies, and organizations in the fields of education certification, and projects.
MY ROLE
Product Thinking
I've managed the site project including the customer's validation meetings, handoffs between designer and developer, the guides of language and governance, and UI Guideline, beyond site’ QA.
User Experience
Our goal was to show the best practices and strategies to be applied from users and business points of view. Using design thinking methods, co-creation workshops in collaboration with the Fundação Vanzolini’s team, we have developed the new site project.
MAIN PRACTICES
We’ve started with a study based on Design Sprint methodology, implementing our design culture and multidisciplinary intelligence to better understand the client's needs.
CATEGORIZATION AND INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS
To bring clarity and assurance to the users' decisions we've made a clear site' layout structure. We've put in order the most important and relevant information in categorized highlights to offer visibility in every section, in that way we believed that users will be found the exact information that they need with control, and freedom necessary.
